Join us this week for a journey of the soul with a message: A Journey of Remembering
Remember you are enough, you are loved, you belong, the blue sky never leaves and you do not have to be alone!
A Journey of Remembering – Today’s message is “A Journey of Remembering” Listen as Rev. Larrye-Marie Heyl, spiritual leader of Center for Spiritual Living Southeast Louisiana, begins our 2026 series on Charlie Mackesy’s book Always Remember with a message: “A Journey of Remembering.” Rev. Larrye invites us to know we don’t have to travel life’s journey alone, to be courageous and kind during our journey, and to be willing to find peace in the storm and take the next step to stay on our journey. Finally, she suggests we remember the many things we spiritually know and yet perhaps we may have forgotten, such as our inherent worth. She reminds us life doesn’t have to be figured our to be lived. To remind us we belong, she quotes these words from Chapter 8, section 4 of A Course in Miracles: “We begin the journey back by setting out together, and gather in our brothers as we continue together. Every gain in our strength is offered to all, so they too can lay aside their weakness and add their strength to us”.

A Journey of Remembering–Meditation Join our CSL music team as they move you into a time of centering yourself and recognizing Spirit. They invite you to drop into your breath – the sacred rhythm of life flowing in and out of you. As you settle into that place within you where your highest Self exists, they sing “Listen to My Heart’s Song!” and you are invited to imagine yourself on a beautiful path, recognizing when we journey, we begin traveling light. The meditation helps us empty out, become receptive, and wonder what we are being invited to remember. So during this meditation, accept the invitation into the journey of remembering.

The reading tells us: “There seems to be a lot to achieve in this life, but I think just to be here and to sing your song is a victory. … remember that you are loved, and you matter. You are brave and magnificent.”

She reminds us there is nothing we need do to become worthy of love and life doesn’t have to be figured out to be lived. She quotes the words of the Boy, the mole, and the fox: “Do we know where we are going?” Asked the boy. “Not Really” said the mole. “Are we lost then?” “No,” Said the fox, “because we have each other.”

Remember you don’t have to manufacture your worth, you remember it and then embrace your uniqueness and sing your own song!!
Remember Who You Are – Today’s message is “Remember Who You Are” Listen as Rev. Larrye-Marie Heyl, spiritual leader of Center for Spiritual Living Southeast Louisiana, continues our 2026 series on Charlie Mackesy’s book: Always Remember. Rev. Larrye invites us to remember who we are, to know we are enough and worthy of love, and to always sing our own song loud enough for it to be heard. We don’t have to become someone else; we discover who we already are and remember we are children of the Divine; we uncover and remember our goodness. Finally, she suggests self-acceptance doesn’t mean: “I have no room to grow.” It means: “I don’t have to hate myself into growth.” She reminds us we never had to earn our worth in the first place and we can let go of any labels or expectations others placed on us. She quotes these words from the Book of Genesis: “God saw everything that he had made, and, behold, it was very good.” Embrace these words of the horse to the boy: “You will have critics … Try not to be one of them!”
