Larrye invites us to stay in a peaceful state of being, to know much of the “bad” we see is not real, and to step out of life’s rush and make room for God. She suggests we remember there is no spot where God is not, so in every situation we can trust something meaningful is trying to emerge. She quotes these words of Ernest Holmes:: “ Life is not just something to be endured; it is to be lived in joy, in fullness, in abundance.”

There is sharing time after the meditation if you wish to stay on the zoom call.
We come together in community on Zoom (or by phone) for a mid-week pick-me-up. Zoom allows us to see each other and feel more like a community. We begin with meditation and then have time to share about our experiences in the meditation as well as in the rest of our lives.

Dealing with “Bad” news
I am inviting everyone I know to pause for 10 minutes each day and envision a world with more joy and less pain. Imagine the power of all that prayer. Meanwhile, here are a few words of wisdom you might wish to embrace from Your Invisible Power – Ernest Holmes;
“I believe that the greatest single curative power known to the mind of man is a spiritual thought in the subjective mind. By spiritual thought I mean, here, an absolute inner conviction that one may trust in the integrity of the Universe and that sooner or later all things will be made right.”
