Larrye-Marie Heyl, spiritual leader of Center for Spiritual Living Southeast Louisiana, continues our 2026 series on Joyous Living and begins our month of March talks on Choosing to Live. Rev. Larrye invites us to stay in a peaceful state of being, to know much of the “bad” we see is not real, and to step out of life’s rush and make room for God. She suggests we remember there is no spot where God is not, so in every situation we can trust something meaningful is trying to emerge. She quotes these words of Ernest Holmes:: “ Life is not just something to be endured; it is to be lived in joy, in fullness, in abundance.”

New Date for Fundraiser to be announced soon!
We are planning our annual fundraiser for an early Fall event, which, in the past, we did as a Harvest Dinner. But fear not! We will break bread together and have a feast prior to our live auction and give you plenty of time to bid on the silent auction items as well as the raffle items.
If you love this community even a smidgen as much as I do, please consider what you might like to donate to our fundraiser. We love services, such as massage, babysitting, a cooked meal, cleaning or any other skills you might donate. And, of course, we need items for the raffle and auctions.
If you know of any store owners who might be willing to donate to a non-profit, we can provide you information to validate their donation.

Easter Sunday 2024 – Be Okay with Everything!
March 31, 2024: Easter in-person community celebration!
Plan to join us for an in-person Easter celebration at the home of Bob and Nancy Wertz.
Time: 10:20 am March 31, 2024 (Service starts at 10:30)
Events: Service followed by Adult Easter Egg hunt and a community lunch.
Bring whatever you are prompted to bring and join us in breaking bread together and having a community new beginning as we move into a new season.

Revs. Larrye-Marie Heyl and Lura Lisa Wall with your CSL Singers and Jude Wilson had a message: “Embracing The Christ Within.” When we embrace the Christ within each of us, the essence of who we are, we discover the joy of this world in every moment.
